PURCELL High Dose L-Glutathione Vitamin Boosting Toner is a lightweight brightening toner formulated with 20,000ppm niacinamide and 5,000ppm glutathione to help improve the appearance of dullness, uneven skin tone and dark spots. It also contains 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (a vitamin C derivative), vitamin E and gluconolactone (PHA) to provide antioxidant and gentle exfoliating benefits, while hyaluronic acid, glycerin and polyglutamic acid help replenish and retain moisture.
